Content: Reimagined
THE COMPANY: A Chicago upscale retailer.
PROJECT TYPE: Interactive, decision-based video.
THE PREMISE: Create a video that would demonstrate an actual smash-and-grab theft, and provide learners with a chance to make split-second decisions during the heist.

THE RESULT: Prior to this video training, store associates felt compelled to try to stop the theives, yell at them, or take videos of the crime--none of which are a good idea. After the training, during yet another smash-and-grab, store associates responded appropriately and gave police the evidence they needed to catch the crooks, which they did.
