PROJECT TYPE:  Management style assessment.

 

THE PREMISE:  Create a tool to raise awareness among managers about the benefits or consequences of their protest management style, and to recognize the best style for demonstrations.

 

THE EXPERIENCE: A series of scenarios and choices led users on a journey of management self-discovery. This was a final assessment after taking a series of self-paced protest managemnet courses.

THE RESULT:  The goal of having a 95-percent success rate in identifying the correct strategies for managing a protest where demonstrators are blocking a store entrance was achieved.
