THE PREMISE: Create a fun, entertaining, non-threatening way to discuss PIPs and corporate "Corrective Action" policies.

THE EXPERIENCE:  Listeners tune in to hear a curious employee interview "Patti"--the HR PIP policy personified.

THE RESULT:  HR escalations after PIP actions decreased by 12% after the first podcast.
