My content philosophy follows several key principles and best practices in design thinking. Great content:

  • Builds an emotional connection.​

  • Meets the target audience where they are at in the moment.

  • Speaks in the voice and tone of the ideal audience avatar.

  • Uses creative visuals that catch the eye and keep people engaged.

  • Is fun and never boring.

  • Uses mixed and multiple media (AR, VR, XR, chatbots, story-based podcasts, interactive videos, immersive simulations) to create engagement opportunities.

  • Incorporates compelling narrative.
